About Us
SUCCESS CARE PROVIDER (SCP) has been established in response to local community demand for culturally informed, and disability support services in the Victoria region. We are currently based in the Geelong region. SUCCESS CARE PROVIDER is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Provider and complies with all National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and Commonwealth Australian Government requirements for the delivery of quality and safe disability support services. This company is established by two experienced Registered Nurses who have many years of expertise in mental health, disability care, nursing home, and in the government hospital ward. We provide ongoing training to deliver high-quality services and care to needy people. We work as a Holistic and Personal-Centred care approach and involve family collaboration to establish trust and a supportive care environment.
We always focus on your goal and provide support to achieve those individual goals. Our commitment is to provide quality services based on the NDIS guidelines and ensure maintain human rights during the care delivery process.
